Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, funeral homes, offices, or secured buildings in Thayer?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the one-story health clinics and residential care facilities located throughout the city. At checkout, provide the specific department name or building entrance, as many of these low-rise complexes have multiple separate doors for different services. This ensures the courier finds the correct entry point in these spread-out medical and professional layouts.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered in this city and how does the layout affect drop-offs?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to accommodate the city’s mix of paved streets, gravel drives, and hilly residential terrain. Provide any gate codes or specific instructions for properties that are set back significantly from the main road. These details help the driver navigate long driveways and ensure the arrangement reaches the front door.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, the driver will look for a sheltered spot on the porch or leave the item with a neighbor. If a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a similar variety that matches the original shape and size. Providing a secondary phone number helps us confirm the location for properties where house numbers are obscured by trees or natural geography.
