Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to Stevensville medical offices and gated communities?

Accepted Answer

Stevensville features many gated maritime communities and low-rise professional office clusters. At checkout, you must provide the gate entry code or the specific suite number for medical and business offices. These details are necessary for the driver to gain access to private roads and multi-tenant buildings.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential properties on Kent Island?

Accepted Answer

We use hand delivery for all orders to accommodate the long, winding driveways and wooded residential layouts common across the island. This approach allows us to place flowers directly at the front door of set-back suburban homes rather than leaving them at a roadside mailbox. Please specify if the property has a security gate or a specific delivery drop-box at the entrance of the driveway.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is away, we look for a covered porch or a secondary entrance shielded from the coastal exposure of waterfront lots. If a specific bloom is unavailable, we use a substitute of equal value that matches the original color palette. Providing a recipient's phone number is essential for finding homes positioned far back from the public road.
