Question 1

How does delivery work for businesses and medical centers in Solvang?

Accepted Answer

Delivery to the central district requires the specific suite number or courtyard location if the shop is not street-facing. For medical offices, provide the department name as drivers must leave items at central reception desks. These details are necessary because many local businesses share one street address but have separate interior entrances.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to homes and shops in this area?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to navigate the narrow sidewalks and multi-level storefronts in the village center. For residential deliveries on the outskirts, provide gate codes for properties with set-back entrances or long driveways. This ensures the driver can place the flowers directly at the front door rather than at a roadside mailbox.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not there or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is away, drivers look for a secure spot hidden from the high-traffic pedestrian walkways. When a specific flower is unavailable, a similar variety is used to maintain the arrangement's size and style. Providing a phone number helps the driver coordinate access to shops located inside pedestrian courtyards.
