Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the different types of properties in Guadalupe?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to ground-floor residences and the small business storefronts located along the main transit corridor. For homes with street-facing entries, please specify if the item should be left at the front porch or a side door. Providing a gate code for the town's fenced properties ensures the driver can reach the primary entrance without delay.

Question 2

How are flowers transported and delivered across the city layout?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered rather than shipped in a box to suit the city's open residential grid and low-rise buildings. The lack of high-density housing allows drivers to park easily and walk the arrangement directly to the recipient's door. Accurate unit numbers for multi-family dwellings are required to navigate the shared walkways common in these residential blocks.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, we look for a delivery spot protected from the high winds and dust typical of this coastal agricultural environment. If a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a similar bloom that matches the original color and size. Including the recipient’s phone number helps us coordinate access if we encounter a locked gate or a secured residential entry.
