Question 1

How does delivery work for different types of buildings in Solon?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries reach both the compact storefronts on Main Street and residential properties set back from the road. For senior living complexes, enter the suite number and the specific wing name at checkout. This allows the driver to navigate the centralized entry and deliver to the correct interior door.

Question 2

What method is used to deliver flowers in this area?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered directly to the recipient's door or office desk across the town’s grid and lake-area properties. Because homes here typically have wide porches and open entryways, drivers can safely place arrangements at the primary entrance. Please provide a gate code if the property is located down a long private drive with a locked entrance.

Question 3

What happens if there are issues with the recipient or the specific flowers?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver leaves the arrangement at the front door or with a building manager at senior housing sites. When a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a similar variety of equal value to maintain the design's shape. Including the recipient's phone number helps the driver locate house numbers on winding residential roads that may be difficult to see from the street.
