Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to Shore Acres residences?

Accepted Answer

Many homes in Shore Acres are located on private roads or behind gated entry points. You must provide the gate code or specific security instructions in the delivery notes at checkout. These details allow the driver to bypass entrance restrictions and reach the front door directly.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to this coastal neighborhood?

Accepted Answer

Flowers are hand-delivered to navigate the long driveways and residential cul-de-sacs of this waterfront area. We do not use boxed shipping because packages left on open bayside porches are vulnerable to salt air and high winds. Specifying a preferred side-door or covered entry helps the driver place the arrangement in a stable, protected location.

Question 3

What happens if the delivery cannot be completed as planned?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, the driver seeks a spot shielded from the wind common to these open coastal properties. If a specific flower is out of stock, we substitute it with a similar variety that maintains the arrangement's original shape and color. Including the recipient's phone number is necessary to coordinate access for homes with locked perimeter fences.
