Question 1

Can you deliver to the specific type of building my recipient is in?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to single-family homes with long driveways and multi-story apartment buildings located near the train station. Provide the apartment number and any gate or buzzer codes for secure entries at checkout. These details allow the courier to reach the door directly rather than leaving the order at a street-level perimeter.

Question 2

How are the flowers transported and handled within the village?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to the recipient's front door or a staffed reception desk. In the village center where street parking is restricted, couriers walk the arrangement to the entrance to ensure it is not left on a public sidewalk. For residential streets, indicate if there is a side porch or specific door where the item should be placed.

Question 3

What happens if the delivery cannot be completed as planned?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the courier looks for a shaded porch or leaves the item with a building concierge. When a specific bloom is out of stock, we use a flower of equal value that maintains the same size and color. Including the recipient's phone number helps the courier confirm a safe drop-off spot if the property has a locked gate.
