Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to businesses, medical clinics, and funeral homes in Shell Rock?

Accepted Answer

We deliver directly to the main reception desks of small medical clinics and the foyer areas of local funeral homes. For residential deliveries, specify at checkout whether the home has a front porch or a side entrance near the driveway. These details are necessary because many homes are set back from the road or have non-traditional entry points.

Question 2

How are flowers transported and delivered across the city's layout?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to accommodate the low-density residential streets and the open access of local properties. Drivers use available street parking to walk the arrangement directly to the door or office desk to ensure it remains upright. Providing information about long driveways or specific property access helps prevent delays in reaching the recipient.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

When a recipient is not home, we leave the flowers in a sheltered spot on the porch or at a designated side door. If a specific flower is out of stock, we replace it with a similar variety that matches the size and color of the original design. Including a phone number for the recipient helps us navigate properties where the front door is obscured by trees or detached garages.
