Question 1

How do you ensure delivery to the corporate campuses and gated properties throughout San Bruno?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to corporate office parks require the specific building letter and suite number to pass through lobby security. For hillside residential complexes, include the gate code or a recipient phone number to allow driver entry. These details prevent the courier from being turned away at the main security gates.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential streets and business centers in this city?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to navigate the city's steep residential roads and expansive corporate parking lots. This method ensures the flowers are brought directly to the front door or the office reception desk. Providing clear instructions for multi-building business sites helps the driver locate the correct entrance immediately.

Question 3

What occurs if the recipient is away or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient at a secured business park is unavailable, the flowers are left with the front-desk attendant. At residential houses, the driver places the order in a location shielded from the street to manage the city's open suburban layout. If a specific bloom is missing, it is replaced with a flower of the same value that maintains the arrangement's original shape and color.
