Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to large office buildings and corporate campuses in Rockville?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to tall office towers and large corporate campuses require a suite number or department name at checkout. You must provide the recipient's phone number so the driver can work with security desks or lobby staff to gain entry. These details ensure the flowers reach the right desk instead of staying at a central loading dock or mailroom.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential areas and secured apartment buildings?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to ensure they arrive safely at both suburban houses and mid-rise apartments. For buildings with gated parking or keypad entries, please provide the access code or front-desk instructions in the delivery notes. This allows the driver to navigate the specific parking and entry rules of the city's high-density housing.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not at a secured building or office, the driver will call them to find a safe person or place to leave the flowers. If a specific flower is unavailable, it is replaced with a similar variety of equal value to maintain the look of the arrangement. Providing a direct phone number for the recipient is the best way to avoid delivery issues at locations with restricted security gates.
