Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to offices and residential areas in North Potomac?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to professional office parks require a specific suite number because these buildings are spread across wide, low-rise campuses. For residential areas with gated entries, provide the gate code at checkout so the driver can access the property. These details ensure the driver reaches the correct door in these low-density suburban layouts.

Question 2

Are the flowers shipped in a box or delivered by hand?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to accommodate the long driveways and large residential lots found throughout this area. Hand delivery ensures the flowers reach the front door or porch rather than being left at a mailbox or street-side entrance. Mentioning if there is a specific porch or side door for drop-offs helps the driver navigate homes set back from the road.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available to receive the flowers?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home at a residence, the driver identifies a sheltered spot on the porch or leaves the flowers with a nearby neighbor. For professional suites, the driver will attempt to leave the arrangement with a central receptionist or office manager. Providing the recipient’s phone number is helpful for locating specific addresses in quiet cul-de-sacs where house numbers may be obscured.
