Question 1

How does delivery work for medical facilities, funeral homes, and professional offices in Rock Hill?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to spread-out medical complexes and professional offices by checking in at main reception desks or security stations. For residential lake communities, you must provide the gate access code or the specific name of the gatehouse at checkout. These details allow us to reach properties located on private roads or within restricted-access residential clusters.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to homes and businesses in this area?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to accommodate the winding roads and long, wooded driveways common in this community. We do not use shipping boxes because many residential properties have significant setbacks from the road that require direct placement at the front door. Providing details about driveway markers or house colors helps us locate residences where mailboxes are grouped together away from the home.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, we look for a covered porch or leave the arrangement with a neighbor to account for the open terrain of local home sites. If a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a similar variety of equal value that matches the original color palette. A recipient phone number is required to ensure entry into gated lakefront estates and to help us find addresses that are not clearly visible from the main route.
