Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to local offices and service buildings?

Accepted Answer

Most professional buildings and funeral homes in this area are small structures often set back from the main road. At checkout, provide the building name and specific room or floor details to help the driver find the correct entrance. These details are necessary because many local businesses operate out of converted residential properties with limited signage.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to properties with long driveways or private roads?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered directly to the door rather than shipped in a box. Because of the spread-out layout and private gravel roads, the driver needs specific instructions for any gated entrances. This ensures the flowers are placed at the residence instead of being left at a roadside delivery box.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver looks for a sheltered spot near the entrance that is not visible from the main road. If a specific bloom is out of stock, we substitute it with a flower of equal value that matches the planned style. Providing the recipient's phone number helps the driver navigate to secluded properties or resolve access issues.
