Question 1

How do you handle flower deliveries to different types of locations in Robersonville?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to local funeral homes and small medical clinics require the specific room number or the name of the service to ensure the driver reaches the correct entrance. For residences, providing a clear description of the house color or porch location is helpful because many homes are set back from the main rural roads. These details allow the driver to identify the correct property in areas where street numbers may be difficult to see from the road.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered in this area?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered by a local driver rather than shipped in a box to navigate the mix of town streets and surrounding rural acreage. Most properties here have open porches or side carports, so please specify which entrance is best for the driver to use. Hand delivery ensures the arrangement stays upright while traveling across the town’s varied residential terrain.

Question 3

What happens if there is a problem with the delivery or the flowers?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not available, the driver will leave the arrangement in a shaded spot on the porch or with a nearby neighbor since these residences lack secured mailrooms. If a specific flower is unavailable, a similar blossom of equal value will be used to keep the arrangement’s size and color the same. Providing the recipient’s phone number is necessary to help the driver locate long, unpaved driveways that are common on the outskirts of town.
