Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to local medical facilities, places of worship, or residential addresses in Roachdale?

Accepted Answer

In this small residential community, deliveries are brought to the main reception desk of local facilities or the front door of houses. Please provide the specific building name and entry door for addresses located on the more spread-out properties outside the town center. These details ensure the driver identifies the correct entrance on lots where houses are set back significantly from the road.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered to the recipient?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered by a driver instead of being shipped in a cardboard box. Because many properties here feature long private driveways rather than street-side parking, we use the drop-off instructions provided at checkout. This ensures the flowers are placed safely at the primary entrance of the home or office.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or if a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is available, we leave the flowers on a protected porch or with a neighbor. When a specific bloom is unavailable, we substitute it with a flower of equal value that matches the size and shape of your selection. Providing a secondary contact number for the recipient helps our team navigate properties with restricted driveway access or long rural entries.
