Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to different property types in Riverside?

Accepted Answer

Delivery to the large resort and casino campus requires a guest room number or a specific employee department name. The residential center of town consists of open-access homes where street-facing porch or side door details are sufficient. Entering these specifics at checkout allows the driver to navigate the transition between high-security resort floors and the standard residential grid.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered throughout the local area?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to accommodate the contrast between the compact town streets and the sprawling resort grounds. Drivers use dedicated service entrances for resort deliveries to bypass public gaming and event areas. Providing the recipient's exact building or wing within the complex ensures the driver finds the correct drop-off point without delay.

Question 3

What happens if there is an issue with the delivery or the flowers?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient at the resort campus is unavailable, the arrangement is left with the bell desk or designated intake staff. For residential deliveries, a secondary contact number is required to confirm if the item can be left at an entry point or with a neighbor. If a specific bloom is unavailable, we provide a substitute of equal value that maintains the original size and shape of the arrangement.
