Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the large medical campuses and high-rise offices in the city?

Accepted Answer

Provide the specific building wing, floor, or suite number to navigate the city’s multi-tower medical complexes and state office buildings. Most of these sites require drivers to leave arrangements at a central security desk or a designated delivery lobby. Including the recipient’s direct extension ensures the internal staff can alert them once the delivery is complete.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential areas with different layouts?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to account for the mix of narrow urban street parking and long suburban driveways. For historic row houses, we deliver directly to the front door, while for gated residential communities, we require an entry code to reach the property. This direct approach prevents the damage that occurs when packages are left in high-traffic pedestrian areas.

Question 3

What happens if the delivery cannot be completed as planned?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is unavailable, we look for a shaded porch away from the sidewalk or attempt to leave the flowers with a nearby neighbor. If a specific stem is out of stock, we substitute it with a flower of equal or higher value that fits the original style. Providing a correct phone number is the best way to resolve issues with locked gates or secured building entry systems.
