Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to different building types in Lakeside?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the small-scale professional offices and medical clinics found throughout the area. At checkout, provide the suite number or department name to ensure the driver finds the correct entrance among the converted residential buildings. This prevents delays in areas where office spaces look similar to the surrounding homes.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered across the local layout?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered directly to the door of the residence or business. Because many local homes feature narrow lots with short setbacks from the sidewalk, drivers will look for a porch or stoop to place the arrangement. Tell us if the property has a side entrance or an enclosed porch to keep the delivery secure and out of view from the street.

Question 3

What happens if there is an issue with the recipient or the specific flowers?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, we leave the flowers in a shaded spot on the porch or behind a screen door common to these older properties. When a specific bloom is out of stock, we provide a replacement of equal value that matches the design style. Including instructions for shared driveways or rear alley access helps our drivers find the correct entrance on dense residential streets.
