Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to medical campuses or professional offices in Redlands?

Accepted Answer

This city contains several sprawling medical campuses and multi-building office complexes that require specific internal directions. At checkout, you must provide the building name, floor number, and department to ensure the courier reaches the correct desk. These details are necessary to navigate through secure professional wings where general reception cannot accept personal items.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to local residential properties?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to accommodate the city’s mix of historic bungalows and large-lot estate homes. If the delivery is for a property with a long driveway or a gated entrance, please include the gate code or specific entry instructions at checkout. This information allows the courier to reach the front door directly rather than leaving the flowers at a street-side gate.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available at a gated home or office?

Accepted Answer

If the courier cannot access a secured building or a gated residential property, they will attempt to contact the recipient using the phone number provided. Providing a direct line reduces failed deliveries caused by locked gates or restricted office floors. If a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a variety of equal value that matches the color and style of your selection.
