Question 1

Can flowers be delivered to local medical centers and gated communities in Highland?

Accepted Answer

Yes, deliveries to the large medical campuses and master-planned gated communities in this area require specific room numbers or gate access codes at checkout. For medical facilities, provide the department name and floor to ensure the arrangement reaches the correct internal reception desk. For residential estates, an accurate entry code is necessary to prevent drivers from being held at security gates.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to homes on the hillside streets and suburban blocks?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to accommodate the city’s transition from flat suburban grids to steep, winding residential roads. If the property has a long driveway or a front door that is not visible from the street, provide those details to assist the driver. Including instructions for narrow hillside pull-outs ensures the flowers are placed safely at the entrance without delay.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available at a secured property or office?

Accepted Answer

When a recipient at a gated residence or a multi-story office building cannot be reached, the driver will attempt to leave the flowers with a front desk attendant or a nearby neighbor. If a specific flower is out of stock, it is replaced with a variety of equal value that fits the original design. Providing a secondary phone number for the recipient helps the driver resolve access issues at secured entry points or office suites.
