Question 1

How do deliveries work for the large school campus and rural homes in Rabun Gap?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to the local boarding school campus, you must provide the specific building name and a recipient phone number. For residential properties, include any gate codes or instructions for finding the house if it is set back from the main road. These details allow the driver to navigate the private drives and secure entrances common in this mountain valley.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to homes with long or steep driveways?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to ensure they remain upright while traveling over the winding and unpaved roads in the area. Drivers can navigate steep or gravel terrain to reach front doors, but you should note if a vehicle cannot access the property. Providing these details prevents the driver from having to leave the arrangement at a distant roadside mailbox.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is away, the driver will place the flowers in a shaded area protected from the wind. If a specific flower is not available, we substitute it with a similar bloom of equal value that matches the original color and size. Including a working phone number for the recipient is the most effective way to avoid failed deliveries at gated agricultural properties.
