Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the different types of buildings in Poquonock?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to both the residential streets and the large corporate office parks located along the industrial corridors. For deliveries to these corporate complexes, you must provide the specific suite number and the name of the department or reception desk at checkout. This information allows the courier to navigate security checkpoints and reach the correct interior desk.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered across the local area?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to accommodate the mix of detached suburban homes and spread-out business campuses. Because many residential properties here have long driveways or front doors set back from the road, providing details about a side-door entrance helps avoid delays. We do not use boxed shipping services for any local deliveries.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not there or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is not home, we leave the arrangement in a secure spot on the residential property or with a front-desk attendant at corporate locations. When a specific flower is unavailable, we use a substitute of equal value that preserves the original color and shape of the design. Providing a direct phone number for the recipient helps us resolve access issues at gated properties or secured office entrances.
