Flower Delivery in Bloomfield, CT

Bloomfield answered to the name Wintonbury before 1835, and the old word still turns up on the golf course, the historical society and half the businesses in this Hartford County town. Cigna keeps its corporate campus on Cottage Grove Road, Penwood State Park carries hikers along the Metacomet Ridge toward Simsbury, Auer Farm runs 4-H education programs and an orchard on the hill above the center, and Wintonbury Hills Golf Course fills a former tobacco field on the west side. Hartford, West Hartford, Windsor, Simsbury and Avon all border the town, which keeps routes short in every direction. Two o'clock is the deadline: orders taken before 2:00 PM qualify for same-day flower delivery. Afternoon routes cover the Blue Hills Avenue corridor, the neighborhoods off Park Avenue, and the office parks on Cottage Grove Road, and deliveries continue to Saint Francis Hospital and Hartford Hospital in Hartford and to the retirement communities in Bloomfield, including the continuing-care campus at Duncaster, where flowers are left with the front desk. Corporate and family orders mix here more than in most towns. Cotton Candy at $64.99 sends soft pinks to a new-baby visit or a get-well room, Teleflora's Desert Sunrise Bouquet at $79.99 brings warm corals to a retirement lunch at a Cottage Grove Road office, and Always on My Mind - Long Stemmed Red Roses at $89.99 delivers long-stemmed red roses for an anniversary or a Valentine's Day dinner in West Hartford. Sympathy and funeral flowers for services in Bloomfield, Hartford and Windsor are scheduled around the chapel hour rather than the order hour. All arrangements are hand-arranged by a local florist partner and guaranteed fresh for 7 days, and this Bloomfield florist page lists verified destinations across the northern half of Hartford County.
