Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, offices, and large complexes in Orangeburg?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to residential homes, multi-building medical campuses, and sprawling corporate parks. For campus deliveries, you must provide the specific building number and department name at checkout. This information allows us to find the correct security desk or reception area within these large-scale complexes.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered, and does the town’s layout affect the process?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered directly to the recipient to ensure the arrangement is ready for display. Our drivers navigate the town’s mix of quiet residential cul-de-sacs and large-footprint office complexes with expansive parking lots. Including a suite number or specific gate access instructions helps us avoid delays when accessing secured corporate buildings.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not there or a specific flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is not home at a private residence, we leave the gift in a secure spot like a porch or with a neighbor. For deliveries to the town’s research and corporate sites, we leave the item with the designated mailroom or security desk. If a specific bloom is out of stock, we use a similar flower of equal value to ensure the delivery still reaches the recipient on time.
