Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the various professional complexes and residential areas in Blauvelt?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the reception desks of local office campuses and the main administrative offices of nearby educational institutions. At checkout, provide the specific suite number or department name to help drivers navigate these multi-building properties. These details prevent the arrangement from being left at a general security entrance.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box or by hand given the local terrain?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to account for the long driveways and homes set back from the road on these wooded lots. Drivers need a visible house number or mailbox marker to correctly identify residential properties that are not close to the street. Hand delivery keeps the arrangement stable while walking it from the vehicle to the door.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, we place the flowers on a covered porch or at a side door to protect them from the wind on these open residential properties. When a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a similar bloom of equal value. Including a gate code or driveway access instructions at checkout reduces the chance of a failed delivery.
