Question 1

How does delivery work for office towers and medical campuses in Ontario?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to high-rise office buildings and large medical complexes require a suite number, department name, and a recipient phone number. Security desks in these corporate centers often restrict floor access, so couriers must check in at the front desk or loading bay. Providing these specific details ensures the flowers are accepted by the correct department rather than left at a general security post.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to gated communities and industrial business parks?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to navigate the city’s many gated residential tracts and expansive industrial parks. Boxed shipping is not used because a person-to-person handoff is required for properties with security gates or restricted warehouse entrances. Entering a gate code or business name at checkout allows the courier to reach the specific building door without waiting at a perimeter entrance.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is at a secured property or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is unavailable at a secured office or gated residence, the courier will call the phone number provided to find a safe entry point. If a specific flower is unavailable, a substitution of the same color and value is made to maintain the arrangement style. Accurate contact information for the recipient reduces the risk of a failed delivery at restricted-access business sites or housing developments.
