Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, funeral homes, and gated communities in Fontana?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the large medical campuses in this city require the specific building name and department to reach the correct reception desk. For gated residential tracts, you must provide the gate code or the recipient's phone number to allow entry through security kiosks. These details are necessary to navigate the restricted access points found throughout these suburban developments.

Question 2

Are the flowers hand-delivered, and how does the city layout affect the drop-off?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered to accommodate the city’s layout of wide suburban blocks and large logistics centers. For deliveries to the industrial corridors, include the specific suite number and the name of the office entrance. This information helps the driver locate the correct door among the multiple loading bays and warehouses.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is unavailable at a gated property or a secured office building, the driver will call the phone number provided to arrange a drop-off point. When a specific flower is out of stock, a substitution of equal value is made to maintain the look of the arrangement. Accurate contact information reduces delivery delays caused by the perimeter fencing and locked lobbies common in this area.
