Question 1

How does delivery work for professional offices and gated communities in Oceano?

Accepted Answer

Provide the specific space number or gate code when sending to coastal RV resorts or mobile home parks located along the main thoroughfares. For professional offices and small clinics, include the suite number and specific desk location at checkout. These details allow drivers to navigate shared entrances and reach the correct building in these mixed-use residential areas.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential areas near the dunes?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered rather than shipped in boxes, including to homes located on unpaved or sandy roads near the state beach access points. For properties with secondary dwellings or houses set back on deep lots, note whether the delivery belongs at the front or rear unit. This information helps drivers find the right door in areas with non-standard residential layouts.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is unavailable at a vacation rental or private home, we find a secure spot on the property shielded from street view. When a specific flower is out of stock, we substitute it with a similar variety that maintains the original style and value. Including a working phone number for the recipient helps avoid failed deliveries to properties located behind security gates or on private coastal roads.
