Question 1

Can flowers be delivered to local offices and medical centers?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to high-rise office towers and sprawling medical campuses require a specific building number, floor, and suite. Security desks at these corporate and clinical sites often require a recipient phone number before they allow a driver to leave an arrangement. Provide these details at checkout to ensure the driver can navigate past central security or reception points.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to homes and apartments in this city?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to accommodate the city’s mix of high-density residential buildings and private suburban houses. For multi-unit complexes, provide the gate code or buzzer number to allow access to the lobby or concierge desk. If the property has a restricted entry or a private driveway, specific parking or gate instructions help prevent delivery delays.

Question 3

What happens if there are access issues or missing flowers?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is unavailable at a single-family home, the driver leaves the flowers at the front door; in secured buildings, the arrangement is left with the leasing office or concierge. When a specific bloom is unavailable, a similar flower of equal value is substituted to keep the arrangement size and style the same. Including a secondary contact number reduces the risk of a failed delivery if a driver cannot access a gated community or a secured office lobby.
