Question 1

How do you deliver to medical buildings, funeral homes, or residences in Newman?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to clinics and funeral homes require the specific suite or entrance door because these facilities are single-story with multiple points of access. For residential orders, indicate if the home is in the central street grid or on the rural outskirts where driveways are longer. These details ensure the driver identifies the correct entrance among the dense downtown lots or the more spread-out properties on the edge of town.

Question 2

What is the delivery process for this area and how do property types affect it?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to the door rather than sent in a cardboard box. The city’s layout of flat streets and available curb parking allows the driver to walk the arrangement directly to the porch or front desk. Including a gate code at checkout is required for the fenced properties located on the town’s perimeter to ensure the driver can reach the door.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not there or a specific flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver will place the flowers in a shaded area not visible from the street to account for the town's open-style front yards. We use the recipient's phone number to coordinate access if a driveway is gated or a porch is inaccessible. If a specific bloom is unavailable, we use a similar flower of equal size and color to complete the order.
