Question 1

How does delivery work for local hospitals, offices, or secured buildings?

Accepted Answer

Los Banos medical sites are arranged as sprawling, single-story campuses rather than high-rise buildings, so you must provide the specific department or wing name at checkout. For the city's newer gated residential subdivisions, include the gate code to ensure the driver can reach the front door. These details allow for direct delivery to the recipient instead of leaving the order at a perimeter security gate.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box or by hand?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to accommodate the city’s mix of narrow downtown street parking and wide suburban cul-de-sacs. This method allows the driver to walk the arrangement directly to the porch or the reception desk of professional offices located along the main commercial corridors. Providing a secondary phone number helps if the property has a deep setback or if the house number is not visible from the street.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not there or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, the driver looks for a shaded area on the porch, which is necessary because many local residential streets lack natural cover or fence enclosures. If a specific flower is unavailable, a bloom of equal value is used to maintain the size and style of the arrangement. Including a neighbor’s address helps prevent failed deliveries for the city's high population of daytime commuters.
