Question 1

How does delivery work for residential addresses and small offices?

Accepted Answer

Provide the specific suite number or department for deliveries to the small professional offices located along the borough's main roads. For residential properties, specify if the primary entrance is located at the front or side of the house. These details are necessary because many local buildings are converted residences with non-standard entrance layouts.

Question 2

How are flowers physically delivered throughout the borough?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to the recipient's door rather than shipped in a box. Because many properties in this area feature deep lots and large front porches, please note if there is a specific covered area for placement. Providing a description of the house color or gate access helps the driver identify the correct home on streets with clustered mailboxes.

Question 3

What occurs if the recipient is missing or a specific flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, the driver leaves the arrangement in a secure porch area and attempts to contact the recipient via the provided phone number. When a specific flower is out of stock, a substitution is made using a bloom of equal value that preserves the style of the arrangement. A working phone number for the recipient is required to coordinate access for homes that are set far back from the main roadway.
