Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the large medical campuses and office suites in Munster?

Accepted Answer

Provide the department name and room number for all deliveries to the town's sprawling medical campuses. For professional offices along the main corridors, include the floor and suite number so the driver can locate the correct reception desk. These details are required to navigate multi-wing buildings and professional complexes efficiently.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box or by hand to a Munster residence?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered directly to the recipient’s door to maintain the condition of the arrangement. In residential areas with deep property setbacks or long driveways, ensure the house number is clearly visible from the street. For secured senior living communities, specify if the delivery should be left at the main concierge or a specific unit entrance.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or if a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a resident is unavailable, we attempt to leave the arrangement with a direct neighbor or at the building’s front office. When a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a variety of equal value that matches the original design. Providing the recipient's phone number helps us resolve access issues at gated residential properties or locked office suites.
