Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, offices, and residential properties in Mountain City?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to medical clinics and small professional offices require a specific suite or department name. For homes located on long private drives or gravel roads, provide any gate codes or physical house descriptions at checkout. These details help the driver identify the correct property in areas where house numbers are not visible from the main road.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered in this area and what details help avoid delays?

Accepted Answer

Flowers are hand-delivered to your recipient rather than being sent in a shipping box. Because many properties in this valley have large, open porches and no communal lobbies, the driver needs to know if there is a specific sheltered spot for the delivery. Providing clear instructions on which entrance to use helps avoid delays when navigating residential streets that lack standard curbing.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver will leave the arrangement in a secure, covered area on the property. If a specific flower is out of stock, we provide a substitute of equal value that maintains the look of the order. Including a local contact number for the recipient is helpful for confirming the correct turn-off on rural roads where street signs are often missing or hard to see.
