Question 1

How do deliveries work for medical facilities, funeral homes, and businesses in Erwin?

Accepted Answer

Provide the specific department or suite number for deliveries to the medical campus or the manufacturing sites on the edge of town. Many funeral homes here are located in converted residential houses, so including the service time ensures the delivery arrives during scheduled viewing hours. A direct phone number for the recipient helps us navigate properties with restricted staff-only entrances or narrow parking layouts.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential and commercial addresses in the city?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to the door to ensure they remain upright and intact. Because many homes are built on sloped hillsides with long or private driveways, we need to know if there is a specific gate or porch where items should be left. Our drivers walk the flowers to the main entrance of downtown storefronts that lack dedicated parking lots or street-level loading zones.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, we leave the flowers on a covered porch or with a neighbor since most local homes lack secured lobby areas or vestibules. When a specific flower is out of stock, we use a replacement of equal value that fits the original color scheme and shape. Including a gate code or a description of the house color helps avoid delivery delays on residential roads with limited signage.
