Question 1

LOCATION CONFIRMATION

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the main reception desks of the town’s medical facility and the small industrial offices located near the highway. You must provide a specific department name or building letter for these sprawling, single-story complexes. This ensures the driver finds the correct entrance instead of stopping at a locked service gate.

Question 2

DELIVERY METHOD

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to accommodate the long gravel driveways and rural property layouts found in this area. Drivers navigate the transition from the central town grid to the surrounding farmland where house numbers are often set far back from the road. Providing a brief description of the house or mailbox helps the driver locate the property.

Question 3

EDGE CASES

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver looks for a sheltered spot on the porch to protect the arrangement from the wind common in this flat, open landscape. If a specific flower is unavailable, we use a substitute that maintains the original color and value. Including the recipient's phone number is required for deliveries to properties with long private drives or restricted gate access.
