Question 1

How do you handle flower deliveries to the large business campuses and medical facilities in Mather?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to these sprawling campuses require a specific building number, wing, and floor at checkout. This information is necessary to navigate the extensive parking areas and reach the correct reception desk. Providing a department name ensures the courier can locate the specific entry point within these large-scale office and medical complexes.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered across the different residential and commercial layouts of Mather?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered rather than shipped in boxes to accommodate the city’s mix of open business parks and secured residential entries. For gated properties, you must provide a gate code or confirm the resident can be reached via the intercom. This allows the driver to transition from the wide main thoroughfares directly to the recipient’s door without access delays.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available at a business or if a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient at a large business complex is unavailable, the arrangement is left with the authorized front desk or building security. In the event a specific flower is unavailable, a substitution of equal value is used to complete the order for your scheduled date. Including a direct desk phone number for the recipient reduces the risk of a failed delivery at secured office checkpoints.
