Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the mix of industrial and residential buildings in this area?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to offices within the warehouse districts or multi-family homes, please provide the specific floor and suite number at checkout. In blocks where residential streets transition into commercial zones, identifying whether the entrance is on the main thoroughfare or a side street helps the driver locate the correct door. These details are necessary because many properties here have street-facing gates or shared entrances that require clear identification.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box or by hand?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to accommodate the narrow residential streets and the lack of street parking near multi-unit brick houses. This allows the driver to walk the arrangement directly to the front door or building lobby, bypassing common sidewalk congestion. Including buzzer codes or specific instructions for side-door access ensures the delivery is completed without delay.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not there to receive the flowers?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, we look for a secure location such as a gated front yard or a neighbor’s residence to leave the flowers. If a specific flower is not in stock, we replace it with a similar variety of equal value to maintain the shape and style of the arrangement. Providing a working phone number for the recipient is the most effective way to resolve access issues at secured residential buildings or gated industrial sites.
