Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, funeral homes, offices, or secured buildings in Corona?

Accepted Answer

This area consists primarily of multi-family homes and apartment buildings with secure entry gates or buzzers. You must provide the apartment number and the specific buzzer code at checkout so the courier can access the property. For deliveries to funeral homes located on residential blocks, include the name of the deceased to ensure the flowers reach the correct service room.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered in this city and how does the layout affect my order?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to the recipient's door to avoid leaving packages on high-traffic sidewalks or in unsecured building foyers. Because street parking is limited and residential density is high, couriers perform direct hand-offs to ensure the gift is received safely. Providing the recipient’s phone number helps the courier coordinate entry if the street-level door is locked.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the courier will try to leave the arrangement with a neighbor in the same multi-family building. When a specific flower is unavailable, we use a replacement of equal value that matches the original color and size. Including a secondary contact number or instructions for a side-door entrance helps prevent failed delivery attempts in complex building layouts.
