Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to local medical facilities and gated residential communities?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the security kiosks of gated residential developments and the reception desks of medical offices. Include the gate access code and specific building number at checkout to ensure the driver can navigate the private road networks. These details prevent delays at security checkpoints common in this area.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered in this area?

Accepted Answer

Flowers are hand-delivered to ensure they reach the door of homes situated on long, winding private roads. Provide instructions at checkout if the house is not visible from the street or if the driveway is shared between multiple properties. This helps our drivers locate the correct porch on these spread-out residential lots.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, we will contact them to find a secure spot at the front door or the residential gate. When a specific flower is unavailable, we use a similar variety that maintains the original color and style. Accurate phone numbers are necessary to resolve access issues for homes located behind private security gates.
