Question 1

How are deliveries handled for Canton’s medical complexes and gated communities?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the medical campus require a specific building wing and room or suite number to navigate the various professional offices. For residential areas with gated access, you must provide the gate code or a direct phone number for the recipient at checkout. These details prevent drivers from being restricted at security checkpoints or getting lost in large multi-building complexes.

Question 2

Will my flowers be hand-delivered or shipped in a box?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to accommodate the city’s mix of historic downtown streets and sprawling suburban subdivisions. Because many local homes have long driveways or porch entries set back from the road, we use the delivery instructions you provide to locate the correct door. Hand delivery is the standard for navigating the distance between properties that boxed shipping services cannot reliably manage.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not there to receive the flowers?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable at a gated residence or a secured medical building, we contact them using the phone number provided to arrange a safe drop-off location. If a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a bloom of equal value to maintain the arrangement's style. Providing a direct suite number for offices or a gate code for subdivisions reduces the chance of a failed delivery attempt.
