Question 1

How will my flowers be delivered to local offices or medical sites?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the government administrative offices and the waterfront business district require specific department names or suite numbers. For residential addresses set back from the main island roads, provide any gate codes or secondary access points. These details ensure the driver can reach the correct office desk or porch without circling limited street-side parking.

Question 2

What is the delivery process for the different property layouts in this city?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to accommodate the island's mix of narrow historic storefronts and spread-out residential lanes. We navigate the compact downtown pedestrian areas by hand to ensure direct placement at business counters. Please note if the property has a long driveway or if the entrance is obscured by coastal vegetation to prevent delays.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, we look for a sheltered porch area protected from coastal winds. When specific stems are unavailable, we substitute with flowers of equal value that maintain the original design’s shape. Providing a secondary contact number helps us coordinate access for deliveries to the city’s secured administrative buildings.
