Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to different types of buildings in Lynnville?

Accepted Answer

We deliver directly to the front doors of residential homes and the main reception areas of small commercial or community buildings. Because many homes in this area are situated on larger lots with significant distance between the road and the porch, please ensure your house number is clearly visible on your mailbox or at the end of the driveway. Including specific instructions for side-door drop-offs helps our drivers navigate properties with multiple entry points.

Question 2

What delivery method is used and how does the city layout affect the arrival of my gift?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered by a driver who navigates the local residential grid and the surrounding rural roads. The open layout of the town and lack of parking restrictions allow for direct access to the property without delays from security gates or parking garages. Providing a gate code for fenced rural properties ensures the driver can reach the front door instead of leaving the gift at the road.

Question 3

What happens if there are issues with the recipient or the specific flowers I chose?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver will leave the arrangement in a sheltered spot on the porch or with a next-door neighbor. When a specific flower is unavailable, we use a substitute of equal value that matches the original shape and style. Providing a local phone number for the recipient is the best way to prevent failed deliveries for homes that are set back deep from the main thoroughfare.
