Question 1

How do you handle flower deliveries to local offices, funeral homes, or residential areas in Lineville?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to small businesses or funeral homes, please provide the specific desk or room number at checkout. Most properties in this low-density area are standalone homes, so we need the exact street address to locate the correct entrance. These details ensure the driver finds the right building among the wide-set residential lots.

Question 2

Are the flowers delivered in a box or by hand, and how does the city layout affect this?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to the door to accommodate the town’s residential layout and open-access properties. Because many homes are set back from the road on large plots, a visible house number is necessary for the driver. You should also note if the delivery should go to a side door or a specific porch area.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not there or if a specific flower is not in stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is away, the driver leaves the flowers in a shaded spot on the porch or with a neighbor on the same block. If a specific bloom is unavailable, a similar flower of equal value is used to keep the arrangement full. Including a phone number for the recipient helps the driver find houses located on the unpaved roads at the edge of the town grid.
