Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to local healthcare facilities and the university campus?

Accepted Answer

Delivery to the large, open-layout college campus or the local care centers requires specific room and department details at checkout. Because many administrative buildings have multiple wings, providing the exact floor and office number ensures the driver reaches the correct desk. This information is vital for navigating properties where public access is restricted to central lobbies.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered within this town?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to individual homes and businesses throughout this low-density town. Since many residential properties feature long driveways or detached housing units, please indicate if the delivery should go to a specific side door or porch. This direct approach ensures flowers are placed exactly where you want them rather than at a street-side mailbox.

Question 3

What happens if the person is not there to receive the flowers?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not available at a residence, we look for a shaded area or a neighbor to receive the arrangement. For campus deliveries, we will attempt to leave the gift with a designated building monitor or the central office. Including a secondary phone number for the recipient allows us to verify their presence before attempting delivery at secured residential entrances.
