Question 1

How do you ensure delivery reaches the right person in Lagrangeville?

Accepted Answer

For offices and professional buildings, deliveries are made directly to the reception area or front desk. At residential properties set back from winding roads, include the gate code or specific instructions if the house is not visible from the street. These details prevent drivers from missing private entrances or being restricted by secured access points.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered in this area?

Accepted Answer

Orders are hand-delivered to navigate the town’s spread-out residential layout and long private drives. This method ensures the arrangement reaches the door rather than being left at the roadside or a mailbox. Provide a description of the house or mailbox if the property is located on a road without clear street-side numbering.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver identifies a shaded area near the entrance that is not visible from the main road. For properties with long driveways or restricted access, a recipient phone number allows the driver to confirm a drop-off location. When a specific flower is out of stock, we use a replacement of equal value to complete the order on the scheduled date.
