Question 1

How does delivery work for offices and medical buildings in Kenmore?

Accepted Answer

You must provide the floor, suite number, or department name for deliveries to the area's multi-story medical offices and senior care facilities. Our drivers navigate shared entryways and need this specific data to reach the correct interior door or reception desk. This ensures the flowers are not left in a general mailroom or at a secure building entrance.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to homes and businesses in this area?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to accommodate Kenmore’s dense residential grid and street-side storefronts. Because many houses are situated close to the sidewalk with limited driveway access, our drivers walk the arrangements directly to the front door or porch. For apartment buildings with buzzer systems, providing the entry code prevents delays at the exterior gate or vestibule.

Question 3

What happens if the delivery cannot be completed as planned?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, we leave the arrangement in a secure porch area or with a neighbor in these closely-spaced residential blocks. When a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a variety of equal value that matches the original style and color. Providing the recipient’s phone number helps our drivers resolve access issues at commercial addresses where street parking is restricted to short-term loading zones.
