Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the various medical campuses and professional office parks in Williamsville?

Accepted Answer

Provide the specific suite number and the name of the medical practice or business department at checkout. This allows the driver to navigate multi-tenant buildings and deliver directly to the correct reception desk. Clear office information prevents the driver from being turned away at general loading docks or staff-only entrances.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential areas and the busy main corridor?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to accommodate the mix of dense commercial storefronts and set-back suburban homes. For residences with long driveways or secured senior living complexes, include gate codes or specific porch instructions. These details ensure the driver can safely place the flowers without blocking traffic on narrow village streets.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient in a secured office or apartment building is unavailable, the driver will leave the gift with the front desk or concierge. Providing a recipient phone number helps the driver coordinate access to properties with restricted entry or locked lobbies. When a specific bloom is unavailable, it is replaced with a flower of equal value that matches the original color and style.
