Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to homes and public buildings in Hurdland?

Accepted Answer

This rural village consists mostly of detached homes on open lots where street numbers are not always visible from the road. At checkout, provide the house color and any specific porch details to help our drivers identify the correct property. For the few public community buildings, please include the specific room or desk where the recipient can be reached.

Question 2

What is the delivery process for properties in this rural layout?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered directly to the door to ensure they are not left at roadside mailboxes. Because many residences here feature long driveways or side-entry porches, please specify which door is used for guests. This helps our drivers navigate these larger residential plots and prevents delivery delays.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, we look for a sheltered spot on the porch or contact a nearby neighbor to hold the arrangement. If a specific bloom is out of stock, we use a similar flower of equal value that keeps the same look. Providing a working phone number for the recipient is necessary to coordinate delivery to these more isolated residential locations.
