Question 1

How does flower delivery work for the different types of buildings in Brashear?

Accepted Answer

We deliver directly to residential porches and the small commercial offices centered around the town’s main intersections. For homes located on the outskirts where driveways are set back from the road, provide specific house descriptions or gate instructions at checkout. These details ensure the driver locates the correct entrance on properties that lack high-density signage.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered here and how does the city layout affect my order?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered by a driver to accommodate the town's low-density residential layout. This method ensures that arrangements are placed at the front door rather than left at roadside mailboxes. Providing clear instructions about driveway access or porch locations helps us avoid delays caused by long setbacks from the street.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, we leave the arrangement in a shaded spot on the porch and notify the resident. When a specific flower is unavailable, we use a substitute of equal value that maintains the same look. Including a secondary phone number is helpful for reaching residents who may be working outdoors or away from their main house.
